Humberto Delgado Airport

Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), also known as Portela Airport, is Portugal's main gateway and benefits from a privileged location, within the urban area of the capital.

Location and Access

Address : Alameda das Comunidades Portuguesas, 1700-111 Lisboa.
Parish : Located in the parish of Olivais, in the north-eastern area of Lisbon.
Metro Access : The airport has its own metro station (Aeroporto Station), which is the final stop on the Red Line. This connection allows quick access to central points such as Gare do Oriente or Saldanha.
Other Transport options : Several bus routes (Carris), private transfer services and taxi/ride-hailing points are available at both terminals.

Airport Structure

Terminals: The airport has two terminals. Terminal 1 handles most international and flag-carrier flights, while Terminal 2 is dedicated to low-cost airlines.
